How do people join my waitlist?
All requests for WAITLIST services will end up here.
If you get overwhelmed by NEW requests, you can also click the “Move to Waitlist” button in the commission popup to move them here.
How are waitlist requests different from regular requests?
WAITLIST requests are exactly the same as regular OPEN requests, except they sit in your Waitlist tab and clients know that they’ll be waiting for your next availability.
Waitlist requests aren’t paid for and can be declined by you or cancelled by the client without any penalties to either of you.
When you’re ready to accept the request, you can send a proposal to move the request forward.
Can I collect a deposit to join my waitlist?
If you’d like to collect a deposit / partial payment to secure your waitlist spot, you can send a proposal with split payments and adjust the timeline to match your availability.
This will move the request out of your Waitlist.
Formal waitlist deposits (so that the request stays in your Waitlist) are coming in the future.
