Short answer: You'll get an email for your VGen final delivery once your final files are ready for download.
Once your final files are ready, you'll get an email directing you to access your final delivery through your VGen commission.
Your files are safely stored forever as a digital backup in case you ever lose them locally.
Note
We don't currently have DMs on VGen so your artist may send you WIP updates outside of VGen via email, Discord, Twitter DM, etc before your files are finalized.
