Short answer: With VGen Payments: 2-5 business days on most payouts, upwards of 7-14 for your first payout. With PayPal: it is sent to the balance within minutes and paid out based on your PayPal payout schedule.
If the client paid using VGen Payments
Due to our payment processor’s (Stripe) security and risk mitigation process, your very first payout will take between 7 to 14 business days after you initiate it. However, in many cases, you can expect to receive this earlier than that.
You can expect to receive your payout in your account within 2 to 5 business days for subsequent payouts.
Don’t forget to initiate the payout from your Wallet located in your Artist Dashboard.
If the client paid using PayPal
You are directly transacting with the client, so you will receive the transfer to your PayPal balance within minutes. How and if you choose to pay out is between you and PayPal.
