Short answer: The payout is at your bank - your bank may take some time to validate the transaction and send it to your bank account.
Once the payout has ended up at your bank, the transaction will say “settled”, however this doesn’t necessarily mean it is in your bank account yet. Banks usually take some time to validate transactions before sending it to your account.
