Short answer: Yes.
You can do the refund yourself directly through VGen! You can do it from the transaction page, which you can get to from either the Wallet or by clicking on the transaction in the commission popup.
Then, you can go into your commission popup > Details > scroll to the payment > click the "Paid via PayPal" or "Paid Via VGen Payments" bar > top right "Issue refund”.
Be sure to have sufficient funds in your PayPal/VGen Wallets, or you will not be able to process the refund transaction.
If you need to top up your VGen Wallet, please contact our Support Team in the VGen Help Centre or create a ticket in Discord.
Unless otherwise specified, VGen and payment processing fees are not refunded and must be charged to either the artist or client.
Note on refunds Made Off-Platform through PayPal
While you can initiate refunds directly from your PayPal dashboard, please still contact our Support Team in the VGen Help Centre or create a ticket in Discord so that we can ensure your VGen dashboards reflect the refund properly.
General note on full refunds
Service and payment processing fees are not returned when issuing a full refund on either PayPal or VGen Payments.
The entire balance will be taken from your PayPal or VGen balance, depending on how the client originally paid.
Negative PayPal Balance
PayPal will sort out negative balances directly with you.
Negative VGen Payments Balance
If you have a negative balance for more than 14 days, you will be billed the entirety of your balance + 2.9% + $0.30.
